We offer a 7-day return period for a full refund, provided the watch is in the exact same condition as sold, with all original packaging and security tags intact.

Initiate Request

Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Packaging

Place the item back in its original presentation box and shipping carton, including all manuals, hangtags, and warranty cards.

Affix Label

Print the prepaid, fully insured shipping label provided by our team and attach it to the exterior of the package.

Inspection & Refund

Once received, our watchmakers will inspect the item. Approved returns will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
